This is a long-term opportunity with a temp-to-perm offer for the right candidate.The RoleYou will be working across two key areas of the service:Planned Works Team: Electrical works within the Bathroom & Kitchen SchemeResponsive Repairs Team: Day-to-day maintenance and emergency repairs (on-call available for this team)Duties will include:Electrical maintenance, repairs, testing, and installation workWorking on void and tenanted social housing propertiesDelivering work to a high standard while maintaining excellent customer serviceUsing a PDA system to manage and close jobsRequirementsNVQ Level 3 in Electrical InstallationAM2 qualification2391 Inspection & Testing qualification Experience within social housing or a similar maintenance environmentAbility to use PDA / handheld systemsClean shaven (required for face-fit compliance)Full UK driving licence with no more than 5 pointsStrong understanding of health & safety regulationsWhat's on Offer£22.55 per hour PAYE/ Umbrella£550 per week on-call allowance (responsive team)Temp-to-perm opportunityLong-term, stable workImmediate start availableIf you're interested and meet all the requirements, please contact Paulina on 07702640590INDSJBRP1_UKTJ
