Social Housing Electrician – Eastleigh
Temp to Perm Opportunity

Build Recruitment are currently recruiting for a qualified Electrician to work on a social housing contract in Eastleigh.

Role details:

Temp to perm position

£26.00 per hour during the 12-week temporary period

£40,600 per annum once permanent

Monday to Friday, 08:00 – 17:00

Van and fuel card provided

Full permanent benefits package

Duties will include:

Electrical testing

Carrying out EICRs

General electrical maintenance in occupied social housing properties

Requirements:

Fully qualified electrician (relevant electrical qualifications essential)

Previous social housing experience preferred

Full UK driving licence
