We’re recruiting experienced Commercial Electricians to join a well-established national contractor with a reputation for retaining good engineers and providing consistent, long-term work.

This role is ideal for electricians with reactive maintenance experience who enjoy variety, fault-finding, travelling across the UK, and earning significantly above market rates through regular overtime.

What You’ll Be Doing

Reactive electrical maintenance on commercial sites

Electrical installation, remedials, and planned works

Supporting wider site teams with general site activities

Working flexibly to meet project deadlines

Ensuring all work is completed safely and to industry standards

Representing the company professionally on every site

What We’re Looking For

Fully qualified Electrician

Reactive electrical maintenance experience (essential)

Commercial electrical background

Willingness to travel nationwide from a North West base

Flexible approach to working hours and overtime

Strong work ethic and a positive, can-do attitude

Ability to work well within a team

ECS / JIB card (preferred)

Pay & Earning Potential

Paid at standard JIB rates

Enhanced overtime rates (1.5x–2x)

Typical earnings £55k+ per year

Top engineers regularly earning £80k+ through consistent overtime
