Connect Appointments is recruiting an Electrician to join an established food and drink manufacturer based in Newbridge on a permanent basis.

Our client operates a busy production and bottling facility, with a strong focus on operational efficiency and continuous improvement.

What's on offer?

Full-time permanent position
Monday to Thursday, 7:30am to 5:15pm
£39,634 per annum, paid monthlyAs an Electrician, your duties will include:

Providing scheduled maintenance on all electrical equipment, components and installations
Responding promptly to electrical breakdowns to minimise production downtime
Leading electrical project work across the site
Supporting and providing guidance to external contractors alongside the Engineering Supervisor
Providing electrical support to the bottling linesThe ideal Electrician will have:

A strong understanding of plant machinery, electrical systems and continuous improvement methodologies
The ability to diagnose electrical faults and implement solutions effectively
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong working relationships
18th Edition electrical qualification (preferred but not essential)
