We are seeking a skilled Electrician with experience of testing & inspections against 2391 standards. This is an opportunity for anyone wanting a stable permanent job and to maximise their income with the chance to earn price work on all remedials.


The Electrical Engineer will:

  • Carry out electrical repairs, installations, maintenance and testing within social housing properties.
  • Complete EICRs, remedial works, fault finding and system upgrades.
  • Work in full compliance with BS 7671 and all relevant electrical safety standards.
  • Provide a high‑quality, customer‑focused service to residents.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports and documentation for all completed work.
  • Ensure safe working practices and adherence to health & safety procedures at all times.


The Electrical Engineer will have:

  • City & Guilds Level 2 / Level 3 or NVQ Level 3 Electrical qualification (essential).
  • Experience in domestic electrical repairs, maintenance, or EICR testing, preferably within social housing.
  • AM2 qualification.
  • Strong understanding of electrical safety, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
  • A professional, reliable approach with strong fault‑finding and customer‑service skills.
