Within our Facilities Management division, the Projects team plays a crucial role in the day-to-day delivery of planned small-works across diverse properties and systems within our client's sites.

Position

As part of our continued growth, our FM division's Projects team is looking to appoint an experienced and professional Electrician. The role involves utilizing your electrical system knowledge to complete various project works, mainly focusing on power & lighting, fixed wire testing remedial works, and new lighting installations.

(NOTE: This is a mobile role requiring travel across multiple sites in Wiltshire. Each project lasts 2/3 days to a week at a site, with the expectation to stay at the same site until project completion. You will not be expected to travel between sites daily.)

Further responsibilities include:

• Electrical installation works - mainly new lighting installation around fire doors and exits
• Electrical testing and fault-finding
• Estimating small/minor works
• Organizing and arranging materials for additional works

• Act in the best interests of BJF when on site and dealing with clients
• Work safely and to high standards, following best practices
• Take responsibility for the health, safety, and wellbeing of your team and promote a positive safety culture

Requirements

To be considered, you must demonstrate:

• Level 3 NVQ in Electrical Installation (2357)
• Testing & Inspection (2391)
• 18th Edition Full Classroom Course & IET Wiring Regulations (7671)
• Full UK Driving License

Desirable Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong background in commercial and industrial electrical work
• Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office Excel and Word
• JIB Gold Card
• IPAF
• PASMA
• CompEx 01-04
