Maintenance Electrician - On Site (Secure Environment)
An exciting opportunity is available for an On?Site Maintenance Electrician working within a secure custodial environment.
Working Hours
The role is full?time, 39 hours per week , worked across a 7day shift pattern . This includes 1 in 3 weekends on a rota basis, which attracts an additional allowance of 15% of basic salary .
Salary
The salary range is £29,009 - £35,015 per annum , dependent on experience.
The Role
The position supports a long?term facilities management contract within the justice sector, helping to maintain safe, clean and efficient environments across secure sites in England and Wales.
Key Responsibilities
Carry out planned and preventative electrical maintenance , including associated administrative duties Fault find and diagnose issues across electrical systems Complete like?for?like replacements and minor electrical works , ensuring inspections and testing are conducted in line with BS7671 , with results accurately recorded Ensure all electrical systems remain safe, compliant, and fully operational , supporting a secure environment for staff and residents
