We’re looking for a qualified Electrician to join a long-term private housing contract carrying out landlord EICRs and associated remedial works.

This is a reliable, well-organised contract offering consistent work, local travel only, and a straightforward scope — ideal for electricians who prefer testing & inspection with minimal site hassle.

Your Role

* Carrying out Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs)

* Testing & inspection of domestic installations

* Completing remedial works following reports

* Accurate certification and compliance paperwork

* Working professionally in occupied homes

What You’ll Need

* NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation

* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations

* 2391 Inspection & Testing (or equivalent)

* Proven experience completing EICRs independently

* Own van & tools

* Reliable, professional approach with good customer manner
