Electrician x2 positions Hours of Work: 37 hours per week, working Monday Thursday, 08.00-16.00 and Friday 08.00-15.30Location Mobile Working, with travel across the East MidlandsSalary - £36,600 per annumThe RoleAs an Electrician within our Internal Maintenance Service, you will be carrying out electrical repairs and maintenance functions to the highest standard for our residents based across the East Midlands. Performing day-to-day maintenance in both occupied and unoccupied priorities, there is an expectation you will be multi-skilled to provide an efficient, customer focused service, focused on right first-time approach.The ideal candidateThe ideal candidate will hold a level 3 qualification in electrical installation, or similar qualification, and have experience of day-to-day maintenance in residential properties.You will demonstrate commitment to excellent customer service for our customers.The ability to travel is essential as you will travel to our customers homes situated across the east midlands.About usemh group is one of the largest providers of affordable homes and support services in the East Midlands.
