We would like to speak with experienced Electricians, who are looking for an opportunity to train the next generation and come away from the tools.

Stable, full time permanent employmentStarting salary: £40,000 - progressing up to £50,000

Location: Oxfordshire - Centre/Field based (Must be flexible with travel)

Ongoing training and development.What do you need?

You must be qualified Electrician, holding a minimum of a Level 3 (Domestic.)
Must hold a minimum of 5 years' experience as an Electrician.
You must be confident and professional with the ability to inspire and motivate people.
Must be IT literate.
Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.Duties:

Deliver Electrical Installation/Maintenance Apprenticeships at Level 3, and relevant short courses, across practical and theoretical competencies.
Assist with the development and implementation of learning resources.
Organise and maintain documentation on learners' progress.
Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
Supporting learners to ensure they are fully prepared for End Point Assessment.Please note:
