Gold Card Commercial Electricians Full-Time | Permanent | Bedfordshire-Based with Travel We are recruiting for experienced Gold Card Commercial Electricians to join a growing electrical contractor delivering commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects across Bedfordshire and the wider UK.

This is a permanent opportunity for electricians with strong commercial installation experience who are confident working on live sites and maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and professionalism.

Current works include projects in Bedfordshire and Warwick , with additional projects potentially based elsewhere as the pipeline develops.

The Role As a Gold Card Commercial Electrician, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality electrical installation work across a range of commercial environments.

Duties will include: Full commercial electrical installations Containment, cabling, distribution boards, fixtures and final terminations Electrical testing, fault finding, remedial works and inspections where qualified Reading and interpreting drawings, schematics and site documentation Working closely with site teams, managers and other trades Supporting site delivery to programme, budget and quality standards Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with current regulations Completing relevant paperwork and certification accurately Maintaining clean, organised and professional working areas Travel will be required.

What Were Looking For We are keen to speak with electricians who are: Experienced in commercial electrical installations Professional, reliable and solution-focused Confident working independently and as part of a team Comfortable taking ownership of work on site Strong communicators with a proactive attitude Committed to high standards of workmanship and health & safety Essential Requirements NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation or City & Guilds 2360 / 2330 Part 1 & 2 AM2 City & Guilds 2382 (18th Edition) ECS Gold Card Full UK Driving Licence Strong understanding of health & safety and electrical compliance Desirable City & Guilds 2391 or 2394/2395 Inspection & Testing Experience supervising on-site teams Previous experience on commercial refurbishment or fit-out projects Salary & Package £22£24 per hour depending on experience for Gold Card Electricians without testing qualifications £24£26 per hour depending on experience for Gold Card Electricians with 2391 / 2394 / 2395 Company van and fuel card Travel time paid in full beyond 30 minutes from home address Accommodation and subsistence covered when working away Company pension 28 days holiday including bank holidays Uniform and full PPE provided Phone and tablet supplied Bonus scheme Ongoing training and development Regular company events Overtime available Apply If you are a qualified Gold Card Electrician looking for a permanent role with strong earning potential, varied commercial projects and long-term opportunity, apply today.
