Youll be embedded directly with our technical customer, Dstl, helping to design, implement, and validate new capabilities, influence operational outcomes, and develop into a Subject Matter Expert within a high-performing, multidisciplinary team.
The invaluable experience youll bring Joining a large project in its early phases, you will be needed to gather stakeholder use cases and work together with a broad range of customers and colleagues to define User and System Requirements, and support the derivation of Design Specifications.
Youll play a key role during deployment, providing hands-on support and guidance for design activities, using your Model-Based Systems Engineering expertise (UML, SysML, ArchiMate) helping turn concepts into operational solutions.
Essential: Systems Engineering System Design Documentation Defence Industry knowledge of EW systems Test and acceptance of integrated systems Experience across the Engineering Delivery Lifecycle Requirements Management (DOORS/Enterprise Architect etc.) Desirable: Systems Modelling (UML/SysML) Coding experience (JavaScript or MATLAB/Simulink) Previous ex-Military experience with EW systems (operator, maintenance, support, or acquisition).
