Electronics Design Engineer

Location: Near Sandwich (Hybrid 2 days from home)

With a strong pipeline of new projects, they're now looking for an Electronics Design Engineer who wants to work across the full product lifecycle and collaborate closely with software and mechanical teams.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys solving real engineering problems, working on complex hardware, and seeing their designs go all the way through into production.

The Role

As an Electronics Design Engineer, you'll be designing and developing electronic systems across a range of new and existing products. You'll be involved in specification capture, PCB layout, verification testing, qualification, and production support.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture specifications
• Select and evaluate suitable technologies. xrlawcv
• Design analogue and Digital Electronics
• Produce technical documentation
• Support production teams
• Manage component obsolescence

About You

• Experience designing electronics
• Schematic capture, simulation, PCB layout/Design
• Hands-on prototyping/soldering skills
• Must be eligible for SC clearance
• Bonus/beneficial:
  • Embedded C/C++
  • EMC standards
