We are seeking an experienced Electronics Production Engineer to work for a electronic equipment supplier based in Bicester.

Responsibilities:

· Liaise with engineering, manufacturing and quality teams to support designs through to production

· Occasional travel to local contract electronics manufacturers

· Produce engineering documentation including assembly drawings, manufacturing instructions and test procedures

· Review product designs for manufacturability and failure modes

· Support the development of automated production test hardware

· Contribute to the quality management system for processes and documentation

· Participate in continuous improvement and problem-solving activities

Qualifications and experience required:

· Educated to at least HNC level in Electronics Engineering or a related discipline

· At least three years of experience in a manufacturing or hardware engineering position

· Electronics manufacturing

· Products that include embedded firmware

· Board-level electronics debugging with common test equipment

· New product introduction and resolution of common issues

· Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel)
