The Role:

We're seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Email Marketing Administrator to join our Marketing team. This multifaceted role works involves sending our marketing mailouts, keeping our internal CRM system up to date and managing a variety of company inboxes.

  

Key Responsibilities:

  • Setting up and sending of mailouts for our upcoming policy conferences.
  • Checking the content of all marketing material before it is sent.
  • Using tools to perform a variety of data cleaning tasks to ensure all contact details held on our internal CRM system are accurate, up to date and detailed.
  • Managing a variety of company inboxes, assisting the sender with their email or passing on to the correct person to assist them.
  • Assisting with marketing research tasks to improve the performance of our conferences.

 

About You:

  • A recent graduate or early-career professional with strong data and research skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Confident in using technology and digital tools to assist your work.
  • Excellent communication, organisational and time management skills.
  • A proactive mindset with a desire to grow and take on additional responsibilities.
