As the product range expands and the customer base grows worldwide, they’re looking for an Email Marketing Specialist to help supercharge customer engagement across digital channels.


The Role:

You’ll be the go-to expert for the brand’s marketing automation platform — owning the build, management, and optimisation of campaigns and customer journeys. From smart segmentation to seamless data integration, you’ll ensure every message hits the right person, at the right time, with maximum impact.


What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Build, optimise and manage automated marketing journeys and one-off campaigns. You'll be the platform gatekeeper
  • Segment audiences, manage data workflows, and ensure clean, actionable lists
  • Collaborate with creative, tech and digital teams to deliver campaigns that convert
  • Monitor performance, report on results, and drive continuous improvement
  • Ensure QA standards are met across all touchpoints and regions


What You’ll Bring:

  • Hands-on experience with a leading marketing automation platform, it could be Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Hubspot, Marketo...
  • A strong grasp of email marketing, personalisation, and multi-channel campaign strategy
  • Technical fluency in data workflows, basic HTML for email templating, and digital campaign setup
  • Analytical mindset – confident in turning insights into action
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and the confidence to work across teams
