18 Month Fixed Term Contract
We are looking for:
A customer service professional to join our Composite Materials GBU, managing a defined portfolio of customers across commercial and supply chain functions.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage customer orders from entry to invoice, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing
- Act as key liaison between customers and internal teams including planning, logistics, and quality
- Maintain accurate customer master data and ensure alignment with pricing and contracts
- Handle customer portals including order uploads, KPI responses, and documentation
- Support complaint, rebate, and deduction processes in close collaboration with relevant teams
- Ensure export compliance and documentation are complete and accurate
- Monitor and improve customer KPIs through data-based decisions and proactive issue resolution
- 3 or more years of experience in customer service or order management within a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g. SAP) for order entry, pricing, and data management
- Solid understanding of export compliance and documentation requirements
- Experience managing customer portals and handling complex order processing
- Strong knowledge of pricing, invoicing, and complaint resolution processes
- Ability to track and report on KPIs related to order fulfillment and customer performance
- Working knowledge of units of measure, conversion rates, and shipping documentation
