About the Company


Leading wealth manager looking to appoint an experienced employment legal counsel to its EMEA Legal & Compliance team in London.


About the Role


In this role you will advise on all aspects of contentious and non-contentious employment law work in the EMEA region.

Work will include employee relations such as grievances, performance management, disciplinaries, flexible working applications, redundancies, mutual separation agreements, TUPE transfers, Employment Tribunal and Labour Court litigation, and ACAS early conciliation. You will also advise on regulatory projects such as Gender Pay Gap reporting, SMCR and Modern Slavery Act.

Qualifications


You will have trained and qualified at a top City law firm, have a minimum of 3 years' PQE (4-6 PQE preferred) and experience advising Financial Services organisation (buy-side ideally). Some in-house experience is very welcome.


Required Skills


Experienced employment lawyer with a strong background in both contentious and non-contentious (including corporate) employment law.


Preferred Skills


Experience advising Financial Services organisations, particularly in a buy-side context.
