As an Associate or Vice President focusing on Transaction execution and Management, you will help the trading team to ensure it complies with the transfer and disclosure provisions governing its activities and work with internal and external counsel on any evolving legal challenges the desk faces. You'll be a valued source of advice and support on European loan trading matters throughout J.P. Morgan and assist the Bank's adherence to its regulatory requirements.

Job Responsibilities Assist with high-profit trades, negotiating trade terms and liaising with counsel where necessary. Support the trading team in reviewing and negotiating NDA and transfer provisions. Analyse legal, regulatory, and other challenges surrounding equity positions in restructured companies.
