You'll be joining a lean, collaborative HR function with strong visibility and the opportunity to shape how payroll is delivered across EMEA.Your New RoleAs the EMEA Payroll Specialist/Manager, you will take full ownership of end-to-end payroll processing across multiple EMEA countries. This is a hands-on role suited to someone comfortable operating autonomously, with no requirement for close supervision or extensive onboarding.Reporting directly into the HR Director, you will be responsible not only for accurate payroll delivery but also for reviewing, mapping, and standardising payroll processes across the region.
