Health & Safety Officer, EMEA

Hybrid, UK-based with occasional travel across EMEA

Full-time, Permanent

Are you ready to unleash the beast in your career?

Monster Energy isn’t just a drink... it’s a way of life! A bold, fast-paced, and fearless global brand that’s tearing up the rule book and breaking records year after year. With 138 million cases sold across EMEA in 2023 alone, they're not just growing – they're dominating. Due to YOY growth, we're hunting for a dynamic Health & Safety Officer to help fuel that growth and keep the EMEA wide team safe.

The Mission

This isn’t your typical H&S gig. We’re talking about a role that spans Europe, the Middle East and Africa, from high-energy events to cutting-edge operations. You’ll be right in the action – advising, auditing, travelling, influencing and playing a critical role in protecting our Monster family and culture.

What You’ll Do

  • Be the go-to expert on H&S across multiple countries and operations.
  • Own audits, risk assessments, inductions, incident investigations, and training.
  • Help design, implement and continuously evolve our EMEA-wide safety systems.
  • Drive behavioural change and embed a culture of safety across the region.
  • Mentor and support our growing network of H&S coordinators and champions.
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners to maintain gold-standard compliance.
  • Travel across EMEA (yes, you’ll need a passport and a sense of adventure!).

What You’ll Bring

  • NEBOSH General Certificate or similar Level 3 H&S qualification.
  • Solid experience in an international or multi-site safety role.
  • Confident, adaptable, and ready to thrive in a high-energy environment.
  • A problem-solving, solutions-first mindset.
  • Strong communicator with serious influencing skills.
  • A clean driving licence and a readiness to travel.
  • Bonus points if you speak a second EMEA language or have global experience.
