About the Role We are looking for a motivated and student-focused Employability Coach to join our Vocational and Foundational Learning team at HSDC. In this rewarding role, you’ll deliver weekly employability sessions and one-to-one coaching to help students develop the skills and confidence they need to secure and sustain employment. You'll support learners with and without additional needs, helping them build soft skills, prepare for interviews, and create vocational profiles.
