We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Employability Skills Tutor to provide high-quality education and training for learners completing a variety of sector-specific qualifications. These include Employability Skills, Customer Service, Business Administration and Adult Social Care. The role is to deliver an effective programme of learning with quality teaching, whilst assessing learners against the relevant awarding organisation and industry standards. You will support learners in developing their Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours, equipping them with the tools they need to secure and sustain employment. You will plan and deliver the Awarding Organisations requirements to learners on the course. This includes designing engaging learning experiences, ensuring high-quality delivery and assessment, and tracking learners' progress effectively.
