CPS are working with a leading Cardiff based Financial Services organisation who are seeking an experienced Employee Relations Advisor to join its central People team.

The purpose of the role is to provide pragmatic, commercially focused ER advice to managers across the business, with a focus on casework, policy interpretation, and process guidance. Acting as a key point of contact, you'll manage a mix of ER cases while ensuring consistency, compliance, and a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

Advise on absence, performance, conduct, probation and flexible working cases Guide managers on policy application and employment legislation Manage ER casework end-to-end, escalating higher-risk matters when required Support organisational change activity and consultation processes Maintain accurate case records and documentation Contribute to policy development and continuous improvement initiatives Partner with HR colleagues to deliver a seamless people service

Experience:
