Frazer Jones are delighted to be supporting a high-impact Employee Relations team at the core of a global financial services group. This London-based role offers the opportunity to shape the employee experience across the EMEA region, partnering with senior stakeholders and influencing workplace culture, policy, and compliance.

What You’ll Do

As an Employee Relations Consultant, you’ll be a trusted advisor on a wide range of employment law and ER matters. You’ll work closely with HR and business leaders to resolve complex issues, support organisational change, and contribute to strategic initiatives including M&A and regulatory adaptation.

We're looking for someone with a track-record of Employee Relations experience in a senior capacity, with European employment law knowledge in Financial Services.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing commercial advice on ER and employment law issues across EMEA
• Leading investigations and resolving workplace disputes
• Supporting restructures, reorganisations, and performance management processes
• Advising on M&A-related projects and regulatory changes
• Partnering with HRBPs, Legal, Compliance, and Finance teams to drive outcomes

What We’re Looking For

• UK or European legal qualification with 5–10 years’ post-qualification experience in employment law, or significant ER experience in a dynamic corporate setting (financial services preferred)
• Strong influencing and stakeholder management skills
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
• A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
