Employee Relations Manager Length: 6 months Rate: up to £500per day, potentially negotiable depending on experienceHybrid working: 2 days in the office, 3 home basedOakleaf Partnership are partnering with a global insurance firm undergoing an exciting People transformation and are looking for an interim Employee Relations Manager to work with the wider HR team. This is a hands-on role focused on managing a UK and international ER caseload while helping streamline policies, processes and ways of working across a multi-region business.The RoleManage a varied ER caseload across the UK and International officesLead investigations including disciplinaries, grievances, performance and conduct matters.Provide practical ER advice to HR and senior stakeholders.Review and update HR policies in line with new employment legislation.Support the rollout of a shared services operating model.Identify opportunities to improve and simplify ER processes (e.g. PIPs and case handling).Skills and ExperienceStrong Employee Relations experience with end-to-end case management within Financial Services or Professional ServicesSolid employment law knowledge (global exposure beneficial).Experience working in complex or international organisations.Pragmatic, hands-on and comfortable managing operational ER activity.Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.This is an excellent opportunity to join a business during a period of meaningful change, where you can make a visible impact while working within a collaborative global People team.JBRP1_UKTJ
