Employee Relations Manager Length: 6 months Rate: up to £500per day, potentially negotiable depending on experience Hybrid working: 2 days in the office, 3 home based Oakleaf Partnership are partnering with a global insurance firm undergoing an exciting People transformation and are looking for an interim Employee Relations Manager to work with the wider HR team. This is a hands-on role focused on managing a UK and international ER caseload while helping streamline policies, processes and ways of working across a multi-region business. The Role Manage a varied ER caseload across the UK and International offices Lead investigations including disciplinaries, grievances, performance and conduct matters. Provide practical ER advice to HR and senior stakeholders. Review and update HR policies in line with new employment legislation. Support the rollout of a shared services operating model. Identify opportunities to improve and simplify ER processes (e.g. PIPs and case handling). Skills and Experience Strong Employee Relations experience with end-to-end case management within Financial Services or Professional Services Solid employment law knowledge (global exposure beneficial).
