Employee Relations Specialist | Multi-Site Retail Business | Salary: c£45,000 + Benefits We're working with a well-established, fast-paced multi-site retail business to find an experienced and confident Employee Relations Specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving people team where you'll take ownership of complex ER casework and help foster a positive, consistent ER culture across both Head Office and store operations. The Role: As Employee Relations Specialist, you'll be a trusted advisor to managers and stakeholders across the business, providing clear, pragmatic, and legally sound advice on a range of ER matters. You'll take the lead on high-risk and complex cases, support organisational change projects, and contribute to improving ER capability through coaching and guidance. What You'll Be Doing as a Employee Relations Specialist : Manage a varied ER caseload from start to resolution, including disciplinaries, grievances, absence management and performance issues
Act as a point of escalation for more complex cases, ensuring compliance with current employment law and company policies
Support restructures, consultations, TUPE and policy updates
Coach and guide managers to handle ER matters confidently and consistently
