Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, you will translate business strategy into structured, compliant workforce change plans while ensuring an excellent colleague experience throughout.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end HR delivery for workforce change and restructuring programmes
  • Own people impact assessments aligned to legal, policy, and governance requirements
  • Design and deliver consultation strategies, including engagement with unions, works councils, and employee forums
  • Develop structured communication plans and consultation materials, briefing leaders to support colleague conversations
  • Partner with HR Operations, Legal, ER, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless programme execution
  • Manage programme governance, controls, risk identification, and escalation throughout the project lifecycle
  • Analyse complex colleague-level workforce data to inform decision-making and due diligence activity
  • Support redeployment, career transition planning, and change implementation timelines
  • Provide expert guidance on employment legislation, redundancy, and TUPE processes

Skills and Experience

  • Strong UK employment law expertise including redundancy, consultation, unions, and TUPE
  • Proven delivery of end-to-end workforce change programmes with minimal supervision
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis capability (pivot tables, v-lookups, large datasets)
  • Confidence influencing senior stakeholders and navigating complex change environments
  • Highly desirable:
  • Financial services experience
  • Exposure to global or multi-country restructuring programmes
  • Strong collaboration with HRBPs, Legal, ER, and business leadership teams

Why This Role?

This is an opportunity to join a respected global organisation during a period of significant transformation, where you will operate as a key Workforce Change SME delivering high-impact programmes that shape the future organisation.
