We are recruiting an Employer Solutions Associate Director based out of one of our national offices. The role involves leading client projects related to share scheme and incentive structuring, tax advice, and implementation support. You will have significant client contact and provide leadership to junior team members.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Meet with clients to understand their business and incentive needs, designing new employee incentive schemes.
  2. Build strong team capabilities, recognizing individual strengths and client requirements.
  3. Motivate your team to ensure efficient reward spend.
  4. Advise on the tax treatment of share plans during implementation and operation, including transactions.
  5. Implement share plan structures and prepare necessary legal documentation.
  6. Advise on share valuation for tax purposes.
  7. Collaborate with international colleagues on global share incentive structures.
  8. Supervise and train junior staff, overseeing work completion and providing on-the-job training.

Qualifications and Experience:

  1. Experience in a Share Plans / Reward team within a reputable accountancy, law, or consulting firm.
  2. Relevant professional qualification (e.g., ATT, CTA, ACA, Solicitor).
  3. Proven client handling and project management skills.
  4. Ability to produce high-quality work for demanding clients.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
