This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established Chartered Quantity Surveying and Project Management Consultancy delivering private residential and social housing developments across the Southwest and Midlands. Projects range up to 350 units and include innovative zero carbon and zero bill housing schemes.
With multiple long-term projects secured over the next 3 to 5 years, the business is entering a sustained growth phase. The incoming Employers Agent will play a key role across these schemes, with clear succession planning in place to step into a future departmental lead position.
You will be involved from precontract through to completion, reviewing technical documentation, preparing risk logs and cost plans, negotiating JCT Design and Build contracts, chairing monthly progress meetings, administering payments, managing variations and advising clients on risk, viability and programme. The role is highly client facing and commercially influential.

The Role:
Reviewing drawings, surveys and technical documentation Preparing risk logs and cost plans Negotiating build contracts and advising clients Chairing progress meetings and issuing EA reports Administering payments, variations and final accounts Monitoring programme, budget and quality through to handover The Person:
