Duties:

Take ownership of a dynamic caseload, providing one-to-one, in-person support to individuals at our centre. Conduct in-depth initial assessments to fully understand each customer’s work history, current challenges, learning needs, and aspirations. Design tailored action plans that link customers to relevant training, mentoring, and support services to remove employment barriers. Set clear, achievable SMART goals and regularly review progress to ensure forward momentum towards employment. Provide continuous motivation, practical guidance, and encouragement to help individuals build confidence and skills.Required Skills:

A strong track record of working with unemployed individuals, particularly those facing complex challenges or long-term unemployment.
