Employment Associate/ Senior Associate

Capio have been instructed by leading Top 50 UK National & Global firms; seeking Employment Lawyers as part of their strategic growth plan for 2026.

All opportunities are with L500/ Chambers Ranked Groups in London; most have targeted hours of 1,300 – 1,500; and offer a fairly even split between Contentious, Advisory & Transactional.

These positions are sector agnostic, but as you progress, you can shape your own practice internally – and focus on sectors that align with interests. Most demand is accelerated through their Tech, Media & Financial Services Groups.

Associate positions are available at 2PQE+; where you will receive ongoing development from Senior Associates & Partners.

Multiple Senior/ Managing Associate positions available 5-10PQE; where you have support from motivated Associates and guidance/ backing from Partners to progress in these recognised Employment Groups.

Due to the size, structure & investment – there are no ceilings on progression and development internally, meaning from the outset, the Partners will be transparent about your route to leadership.

Whilst these positions are based in London; we are happy to speak to Associates/ Senior Associates in the Regional offices of Top 200 UK firms, considering relocation.
