Employment Solicitor £80,000 to £120,000 plus 20% on billings

Expect a rich mix of advisory and contentious work, spanning:

• Workplace investigations, discrimination issues, grievances & disciplinaries
• Redundancies, restructures, TUPE and employment strategy
• Tribunal representation from start to finish
• Drafting employment documentation with clarity and confidence
• Supporting corporate deals with smart, commercial employment advice

• [6+] years’ PQE in Employment Law
• A balance of technical accuracy and real-world practicality
• Confidence dealing directly with clients
• A proactive mindset and a personable, polished approach
• Ability to spot and comvert new business and grow a team in Employment.
