Employment Solicitor (5–6 Years PQE)
Location: Leeds (Office-Based) Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience
We are a down-to-earth, friendly firm. There are a total of 22 members of staff across our Leeds and Harrogate offices, with further expansion plans in 2025 and 2026. The firm is a thriving and expanding law practice committed to serving individuals and businesses with an enviable client base.
We are looking for an enthusiastic employment solicitor to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to grow and develop the existing department working with our Managing Director and to help establish and maintain our local working relationships with businesses and HR companies.
The role As a solicitor working in the employment department, you will deal with all manner of employment work to include employee and employer work such as dismissal/discrimination claims, settlement agreements, tribunal proceedings, pay issues, contracts, HR advice, redundancy and more . You will be responsible for the file from start to finish. You will have the support of a paralegal/trainee to assist with the caseload and administrative tasks with the assistance of a case management system.
