Employment Solicitor / Legal Executive - 3 to 5 years PQE upwards Location Telford Office Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm Competitive salary based upon experience A modern and forward-thinking legal practice is seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Employment Solicitor or Legal Executive to join their Employment team. This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional looking to work on a varied and contentious caseload while providing commercial and practical HR and employment law advice to clients. The Role: Handle a diverse Employment Tribunal caseload (approximately 2530% of the role, predominantly Respondent defence). Provide HR and employment law advice to a portfolio of retained business clients (approximately 2025 clients), including SMEs, independent schools, care homes, and professional practices. Support clients through bespoke documentation, on-site attendances, co-chairing employee hearings, and delivering HR training to managers. Occasional travel to client premises is required (full driving license and own vehicle essential).
