\nThe Employment Lawyer role:
\n\n
\n\n
- \n\t
- Experienced Solicitor or CILEX/FILEX with 5+ years’ PQE \n\t
- Strong experience of acting for employers on a wide range of matters \n\t
- Develop a mixed caseload of transactional, non-contentious and contentious employment work \n\t
- Provide strategic and clear advice \n\t
- Exceptional client care skills \n\t
- Strong technical legal knowledge in employment law \n\t
- Develop and grow the employment law offering of the firm \n\t
- Demonstrate strong business development and marketing skills \n
The Employment Lawyer role responsibilities:

- \n\t
- Providing comprehensive HR advice and support to employer clients \n\t
- Drafting service agreements, contracts of employment, staff handbooks and relevant policies \n\t
- Working with clients on disciplinary procedures and internal investigations \n\t
- Advising employer clients on employee terminations, redundancies and restructuring, preparing settlement agreements and a good working knowledge of the tax implications \n\t
- Transactional corporate support work \n\t
- Advising on TUPE matters in transactional work and assisting the corporate team in due diligence and related employment work \n\t
- Advising on boardroom disputes \n\t
- Providing client representation in employment tribunal and court in respect of a broad range of claims \n\t
- Delivering training, seminars and legal updates \n
