AJ Chambers are pleased to be partnered with a UK & International law firm in the heart of London, who are looking for an experienced Employment Solicitor as they seek to grow the practice.


Key Responsibilities


  • Acting as first point of contact for the team on employment law matters
  • Advising on future changes in employment law and day to day HR support
  • Policies and procedures, dismissals an settlement agreements
  • Corporate support, TUPE and share schemes
  • employment disputes
  • restructures and reorganisations
  • Leading on and progressing business development opportunities both for new and existing clients


Skills, Knowledge & Expertise


  • 5 years+ PQE and be confident in working autonomously on a range of employment matters.
  • Passionate about employment law
  • Strong knowledge of UK employment law
  • Ability to manage a diverse caseload Genuine interest in working with international clients. Prior experience of this is not a pre-requisite.
  • Broad employment law experience, with an inclination to focus on matters of a non-contentious nature.
  • Positive and proactive attitude
