The Role

This Legal 500 ranked Employment team is seeking to recruit a Senior Associate with 6+ years PQE to join them in Manchester City Centre.

Due to the department's standing in the North-West, you will have access to a high quality range of work which will help you to continue expanding on your experience. This, coupled with the support you will have from the market leading Partnership, will place you miles ahead of your peers and make this a career defining move for you.

This opportunity will see you focusing on a diverse caseload of both respondent and claimant matters, including complex and HNW cases. Additionally, you will take on business development activities in order to grow the team's client base further. Due to your visible leadership role within the team, you will have a clear progression pathway to Partnership.

Requirements

• You will have 6+ years of experience as an Employment Solicitor
• You will have a client following or the ability to develop one
