About the Role

We are working with a leading international law firm renowned for its exceptional employment practice. The team advises a high-quality client base, including global financial institutions and blue-chip corporates, on some of their most complex and high-profile employment law matters. The work spans litigation, cross-border projects, strategic advisory, and transactional support.


Key Responsibilities

  • Advise clients on a broad range of employment law issues, including contentious, advisory, and transactional matters.
  • Manage complex cases such as discrimination claims, whistleblowing, and post-termination restrictions, often involving High Court and appellate proceedings.
  • Support clients on strategic projects, including restructurings, mergers, and compliance with evolving employment legislation.
  • Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas to deliver seamless, high-quality service.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal developments and contribute to thought leadership within the team.


What You’ll Bring

  • 2–5 years’ post-qualification experience in employment law, ideally gained at a top-tier firm.
  • Strong academic background (minimum 2:1 degree) and excellent drafting and written communication skills.
  • Proven ability to manage complex matters and deliver high-quality advice under pressure.
  • A collaborative approach with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build lasting client relationships.
  • Commercial awareness and understanding of the sectors in which clients operate.
