A highly regarded, growth-focused law firm in London is seeking to appoint an Employment Partner as part of its next phase of expansion. This is not a replacement hire. It is a strategic investment.

The firm has a strong corporate, private equity and disputes platform and is looking to further strengthen its Employment offering at Partner level. There is clear appetite to support an experienced Employment specialist with an existing client following, whether your focus is contentious, non-contentious, or a blend of both.

The Opportunity

- Shape and grow the Employment practice with genuine autonomy

- Leverage strong internal referral streams from Corporate, PE and Litigation teams

- Play a visible role in the firm’s medium-term strategic growth plans

- Competitive equity structure with transparent progression

The Individual

You will be an established Employment Partner (or ambitious Legal Director / Senior Associate ready for step-up with a credible business case). You should have:

- A demonstrable client following or strong referrer network

- Experience advising employers, senior executives, or both

- Commercial acumen and appetite to contribute strategically

- The credibility to operate at Board and C-suite level
