What You’ll Be Doing

Advising employees on all aspects of employment law, including:

• Unfair dismissal
• Redundancy
• Discrimination & whistleblowing
• Disciplinary & grievance issues
• Settlement agreement negotiations
• Running your own caseload with independence and confidence
• Drafting letters before action, settlement proposals, and detailed assessments
• Negotiating strong settlements and preparing cases for litigation where needed
• Recording time accurately and meeting realistic billing targets
• Helping improve digital processes, tools, and the overall client journey

Essential Skills & Experience

• 2 PQE+ in Employment Law
• Strong billing track record
• Experience in a small firm or private practice setting
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
• Comfortable with legal tech and remote working
• Positive, proactive, solution-focused attitude
