Employment Solicitor (3+ years')

A growing firm is looking to appoint an Employment Solicitor (3+ years' PQE) to join its established Employment team in Edinburgh. This is an excellent opportunity for an employment lawyer seeking varied, high-quality work within a supportive and collaborative environment.

The Role

You will support a busy Employment team, advising clients across a broad range of employment law matters, including:

• Advising on employment rights and obligations
\n

\n\t
• Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies and related documentation
\n

\n\t
• Supporting clients with workplace disputes, restructures, redundancies and TUPE matters
\n

\n\t
• Representing clients in employment tribunal proceedings
\n

\n\t
• Delivering client training on key employment law topics
\n

The role involves working closely with a partner based in Edinburgh, as well as collaborating with colleagues across the wider Employment team.

About you

You will:

\n\t
• Be a qualified employment lawyer with at least 3 years' PQE
\n

\n\t
• Have sound technical employment law experience
\n

\n\t
• Be a confident communicator with strong drafting skills
\n

\n\t
• Be able to manage client expectations, risk and financial targets
\n

\n\t
• Be organised, adaptable and comfortable working to deadlines
\n
