Employment Law Solicitor/Legal Executive

Location: Brighton & Home-Based

A respected legal recruiter is seeking an experienced Employment Law Solicitor, In-house Counsel, Barrister, Legal Executive, or Case Worker to join a purpose-driven law firm with a national reputation for advancing equality in the workplace. This hybrid role is based in Brighton, with flexible home working options available.

The Role:

This is a unique opportunity to join a progressive Employment Law team that primarily advises employees while also supporting employers across a full spectrum of workplace issues. The successful candidate will handle a diverse caseload, including complex discrimination cases and contribute to the firm’s mission of promoting fairness and justice in employment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on a broad range of employment law matters
• Represent clients in discrimination claims and employment disputes
• Conduct advocacy up to Case Management stage (Judicial Mediation and Final Hearing experience desirable)
• Use case management systems and IT tools effectively
• Collaborate within a supportive team environment
