Job Description
Our Top 200 client is seeking a 1–year PQE+ Employment Solicitor to join their team and handle a varied caseload of both claimant and respondent employment work.

\nKey Responsibilities – Employment Solicitor
- \n\t
- Strong legal knowledge with excellent drafting and advisory skills \n\t
- Experience in advocacy, including court, chambers, or tribunal settings \n\t
- Confident presenting to audiences \n\t
- Commercial, practical, and financial awareness \n\t
- Able to communicate effectively with senior stakeholders \n\t
- Excellent interpersonal and business development skills \n\t
- Strong problem-solving ability \n\t
- Ambitious and motivated to progress professionally \n\t
- Team player, able to contribute to a busy and friendly environment \n\t
- Skilled negotiator \n\t
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage a caseload independently (with supervision where appropriate) \n
