Qualifications
In-depth knowledge of UK employment law and regulations Strong drafting and negotiation skills for employment contracts and settlement agreements Experience in handling employment disputes, including tribunal claims Ability to provide clear, strategic advice to clients on HR-related matters Proficient in legal research and case management systems
Experience
3+ years of experience as an Employment Solicitor, ideally in a law firm or in-house setting Proven track record in advising clients on employment law issues and representing them in disputes Strong understanding of HR practices and the implications of employment legislation Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts clearly Experience working collaboratively within legal teams and with external stakeholders
