End User Business Development Manager

The Role: End User BDM
As a key member of the European Business Development team, you will:
Build and manage a strong pipeline of enterprise opportunities (Fortune 2000 focus).
Develop and grow assigned named end-user accounts within your region.
Spend approximately 60% of your time visiting customers across the territory.
Drive opportunities from initial engagement through to close, achieving agreed targets.
Create and execute strategic account plans.
Introduce the latest access control products and solutions to customers and prospects.
Deliver training to consultants and specifiers when required.
Conduct market analysis to understand customer needs and emerging trends.
Represent the business at trade shows, customer events, and industry associations.
Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver complete, customer-centric solutions.
Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and activity logs.
Provide exceptional customer service at every stage.
What You'll Bring

Experience & Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
Minimum 5 years' experience in direct sales and/or key account management.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Experience selling Physical Access Control solutions is a strong advantage.
Background in solution selling, particularly SaaS or cloud-based licensing models, is desirable.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with wider teams.
Comfortable managing multiple projects and interpreting technical specifications and standards.
