Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Endur Business Analyst with strong experience supporting middle office functions in an energy trading environment. The role focuses on enhancing front-to-back processes, with specific emphasis on trade capture, PnL, and VaR reporting within the Endur platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements across trading and middle office
• Configure and support Endur (OpenLink) modules
• Support PnL and VaR reporting processes
• Liaise with traders, risk, and IT to deliver effective solutions
• Support UAT, testing, and production releases

• Key Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience as an Endur BA
  • Strong understanding of middle office processes (PnL, VaR, risk reporting)
  • Experience with energy/commodity trading
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Agile/DevOps exposure is a plus
