Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Endur Business Analyst with strong experience supporting middle office functions in an energy trading environment. The role focuses on enhancing front-to-back processes, with specific emphasis on trade capture, PnL, and VaR reporting within the Endur platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Gather and document business requirements across trading and middle office

Configure and support Endur (OpenLink) modules

Support PnL and VaR reporting processes

Liaise with traders, risk, and IT to deliver effective solutions

Support UAT, testing, and production releases

Key Requirements:

4+ years of experience as an Endur BA

Strong understanding of middle office processes (PnL, VaR, risk reporting)

Experience with energy/commodity trading

Good communication and stakeholder management skills

Agile/DevOps exposure is a plus
