We're partnering with a progressive energy and sustainability consultancy seeking an experienced Energy & Carbon Manager to lead its carbon, energy and decarbonisation services.
\n
\n
This is a senior role combining technical leadership, client engagement, and strategic influence, helping organisations reduce emissions and meet compliance targets.
\n
\n
The Role:
\n
You'll lead and oversee:
\n
\n Delivery of energy audits, EPC, DEC, ESOS and Net Zero roadmaps \n
Scope 1, 2 and 3 carbon footprinting and reporting \n
GHG inventories (GHG Protocol / ISO 14064) \n
Decarbonisation and carbon reduction strategies \n
Client relationships, bids, and service development \n
Mentoring and developing junior consultants \n
\n
\n
About You:
\n
You'll bring:
\n
\n Proven experience in energy, sustainability, or carbon consultancy \n
Strong knowledge of UK energy and carbon compliance \n
Experience delivering Net Zero and decarbonisation programmes \n
Expertise in carbon data management and reporting frameworks \n
Membership of EI, CIBSE, or IEMA \n
Team leadership or mentoring experience \n
Willingness to travel across the UK \n
\n
Desirable: ESOS Lead Assessor, digital reporting experience
\n
\n
